Description

A photoshopped version of the original. Thanks to some suggestions by *BradleyDeano, I've tried to edit the original. As well as the picture being straightened, I increased the saturation by 50 and the brightness by 10. I suppose this looks a bit better. Having said that, I don't really have that much of a clue xD

Please feel free to comment or critique. All feedback is welcome =D

What works for this image in terms of content is the 'you are there' effect of the short depth of field. It puts me on the beach, on my towel with my chin resting on my hands; (I can practically feel my toes digging in the sand at the other end of the towel!) Its weakness is the blank sky. Dude- Photoshop in some clouds! And /or crop the top down to the first ledge of the cliff.

My personal preference: if you are not professionally marketing yourself, avoid the prominent watermark and copyright mark. It is distracting. A small, subtle, semi transparent watermark is more suited to this stage of your photographic development- if you really feel you have to have one.
